Brief of Company Background
PT Bhuwanatala Indah Permai Tbk (the Company) was initially established under the Domestic Investment Law No. 6 of 1968 jo. Law No. 12 of 1970 based on Deed No. 165 dated December 21, 1981 made before Notary Koswara, SH. The Deed of Establishment has been approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia in Decree No. C2-4821.HT.01.01.Th.83 dated June 29, 1983 and announced in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 12 dated February 10, 1989, Supplement No. 204.
The Company's Articles of Association have been amended several times and most recently by Deed No. 52 dated November 30, 2012 made before Notary Edi Priyono, SH, regarding the amendment of the Company's Articles of Association. The Deed has been approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia in Decree No. AHU- 03964.AH.01.02.Year 2013 dated February 1, 2013.
In accordance with Article 3 of the Company's Articles of Association, the Company's scope of activities primarily includes the development and management of properties such as apartments, offices, shops and housing, trading and services.
