Brief of Company Background

PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk or Adira Finance was established in 1990 and started its operation in 1991. Since the beginning, Adira Finance committed to be the best and foremost finance company in Indonesia. Adira Finance presents to serve various financing as of vehicles, both new or used ones. Recognize the potential, Adira Finance began to conduct initial public offering for its shares in 2004 and Bank Danamon became the majority shareholder with 75% ownership. Through some corporate actions, currently Bank Danamon owns 92.07% of Adira Finance’s shares. As a subsidiary of Bank Danamon, Adira Finance is part of the MUFG Group, which is one of the largest banks in the world.

Adira Finance has become a leading company in the financing sector that serves a variety of brands and products. In 2017 Adira Finance presents a multipurpose financing platform service at dicicilaja.com, the platform for vehicles at momobil.id, and followed by momotor.id in 2018. In November 2021, Adira Finance launched the latest version, namely the Adiraku 2.0 application which is designed to provide convenience for digital consumer services and provide an easy, safe and comfortable real time transaction experience. In Addition, Adira Finance has operated 472 business networks throughout Indonesia, supported by around 17 thousand employees, to serve around 2.0 million consumers with total managed receivables reached around Rp 58 trillion.

After receiving a rating upgrade in 2021 from the international rating agency Moody’s, Adira Finance has successfully maintained a credit rating at Baa1/stable until now. In addition, Adira Finance has managed to maintain its international rating with a BBB rating from the international rating agency Fitch Rating and domestic rating with an idAAA/Stable rating from the national rating agency Pefindo in 2024. These ratings are expected to give the Company better access to secure competitive and optimal funding.
