Brief of Company Background
PT Tira Austenite Tbk (TIRA) was established in 1974. At that time TIRA was a subsidiary of PT Tigaraksa as the owner of 50% of TIRA's shares and the other 50% was held by Mr. Johnny Santoso. TIRA's main business activity at that time was as a distributor, representative and authorized sole agent for high quality mechanical engineering products from Europe. After 50 years the company's growth into the manufacturing sector, the gas industry and entered the foundry.
