Brief of Company Background

PT Cerestar Indonesia Tbk (the “Company”) is a limited liability company established under the law The Republic of Indonesia based on the Deed of Establishment No. 2 on 10 August 2020 made before Dwi Yulianti, S.H., Notary in South Jakarta (“Deed of Establishment of the Company”), which has obtained the status as a legal entity based on the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights No. AHU-0039125.AH.01.01.Year 2020 regarding the Ratification of the Establishment of a Limited Liability Company Legal Entity PT Cerestar Indonesia on 11 August 2020, and has been registered in the list of companies organized by the Menkumham with No. AHU- 0131584.AH.01.11.Year 2020 dated August 11, 2020, and has been announced in BN No. 79 and TBN No. 030625 in 2021.
