PT Atlas Resources Tbk (ARII) plans to increase capital without pre-emptive rights of up to 131 million shares, with an exercise price of Rp1,100 per share.

According to the President Director of ARII, Andre Abdi, in an official publication on Wednesday (19/5), the number of shares before implementing the planned transaction was 3 billion.

Once realized, the number of shares was around 3.131 billion shares.

The company plans to carry out the transaction on May 25, 2021, and notify the results of its implementation on May 28, 2021.
