PPA Officially Manages State Minority Shares of Rp2.95 Trillion


PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (PPA) has won the government's trust, which has transferred the rights to minority shareholdings in five companies worth Rp2.95 trillion.

The five companies are PT Indosat Tbk, PT Prasadha Pamunah Limbah Industri, PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk, PT Kawasan Industri Lampug, and PT Socfin Indonesia.

The government realized this step by signing a document to transfer the minority shares of five companies to PPA, Wednesday (28/4).

This action is a follow-up to the issuance of Government Regulation Number 51 of 2021 concerning the Addition of Indonesian State Capital Participation to PPA's share capital and the Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 135 / KMK.06 / 2021 concerning Determination of the Value of Addition of PMN RI to the Share Capital of PPA.
