Jakarta - PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO) will develop property in a national strategic project in the Batang Integrated Industrial Estate (IIE Batang), Central Java, with a total area of ​​4,300 hectares.

This area is divided into 3 clusters,  industrial area & township of 3,100 hectares and 800 hectares, as well as the recreational estate & township cluster of 400 hectares.

"The Batang industrial area, which is supported by the central and local governments, means that PPRO will not miss the opportunity to develop townships and commercials in the Batang IIE project. PPRO's plan includes the development of low rise residences, landed houses, as well as commercials and hotels," said PPRO President Director I Gede Upeksa Negara in a press release on Thursday (9/9).

He assessed that IIE Batang would be able to attract foreign and local industries, so it will require the availability of residential, commercial, and hotel.
