PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO) has set a sales target this year to reach Rp1.74 trillion or 83.92% of last year's realization of Rp2.07 trillion.

In addition, the company set the marketing target at around Rp1.38 trillion or 196.23% compared to the previous year's achievement.

Meanwhile, the company projected net profit to be Rp94.98 billion or 93.98% of the previous year's realization of Rp106.38 billion.

Based on the PP Properti 2020 annual report quoted on Wednesday (19/5), the 2021 target setting is in line with the optimism of governments worldwide dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic through vaccination. As a result, the wheels of the economy are moving again.

The vaccination implementation brings a breath of fresh air to global economic growth, which is expected to continue, growing at around 5% this year, after contracting 3.8% last year.
