Jakarta - PT PP Presisi Tbk (PPRE) plans to conduct a limited public offering by granting rights issues.

"This year and next year, no. But in the third year, there will be a PP Presisi rights issue," said Director of Finance and Risk Management of PT PP  Tbk, Agus Purbianto, through a virtual public expose on Thursday (9/9).

According to him, PP Presisi's rights issue plan is in line with the company's future development process. Thus, the funds obtained from the rights issue plan can enlarge PP Presisi.

"Hopefully, we can enlarge PP Presisi with a rights issue," he said.

As of August this year, PP Presisi has bagged contracts amounting to Rp3.5 trillion or 95% of the target set for the year of Rp3.7 trillion.
