PT Pool Advista Indonesia Tbk and PT Wahana Mandiri Sentosa signed the deed of sale and purchase of shares of PT Asuransi Jiwa Advista on March 5, 2021.

The sale of shares of PT Asuransi Jiwa Advista amounted to 149.999 million shares belonging to Pool Advista Indonesia with a value of Rp23.999 billion plus total cash and cash equivalents Rp13.042 billion, and the value of state bonds reaching Rp23.494 billion.

"The sale of PT Asuransi Jiwa Advista shares by the company will have a positive impact on the company's financial condition," said Harhaendra, President Director of Pool Advista, in the IDX disclosure, on Tuesday (9/3).

According to him, the company will use the proceeds from the sale of shares to support its operational activities.
