Jakarta - PT Polytama Propindo offers a coupon for bond III 2021 with interest ranging from 6.50%-7.25%.

The short prospectus issued Wednesday (1/9), the bonds are offered in two series, namely series A worth Rp34.5 billion with a coupon of 6.50% and a tenor of 3 years, and series B worth Rp215 billion with a coupon of 7.25% and a tenor of 5 years.

The company also issues sukuk ijarah II in 2021 for a maximum of Rp300 million, divided into guaranteed full commitments of Rp160 billion and the best commitment of Rp. 140 billion.

The company will use the proceeds from the bond offering as working capital. Meanwhile, the proceeds from the sukuk ijarah offering amounted to Rp214 billion for working capital, and if there is any remaining, it will be used for capital expenditures and procurement of propylene tanks.

To issue bonds and sukuk ijarah, Polytama has received ratings from Pefindo, namely 'AAA' and 'AAA(sy).'
