Jakarta - PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk (PLIN) made a profit of Rp447.757 billion in 2021, compared to a loss of Rp575.176 billion the previous year.

The company's financial report released on Friday (3/18) showed that the profit achievement was supported by adjusting the fair value of the investment obtained by the company of Rp167.218 billion from the previous loss of Rp1.019 trillion.

Unfortunately, PLIN's revenue fell by about 6.03% to Rp871.499 billion from Rp927.495 billion. The cost of revenue increased by approximately 5.35%, to Rp251.725 billion from Rp243.136 billion.

Furthermore, PLIN had a threefold decrease in financial income, to Rp8.909 billion from Rp27.852 billion, while the financial expenses increased by about 50.12% to Rp 7,323 billion from Rp4,878 billion.

PLIN's total assets were Rp11.971 trillion as of December 20, 2021, with liabilities of around Rp1.174 trillion and equity of Rp10.797 trillion.
