Jakarta - PT Elnusa Tbk (ELSA) announced that PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) had controlled 51.10% of the company's shares.

This fact on the back of that all of the company's shares owned by Pertamina's pension fund with a 9.99% ownership portion shifted to PHE on December 1, 2021.

"Thus, PHE's share ownership has changed to 51.50% and PHE remains the controlling shareholder of Elnusa," said the company in an information disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Friday (12/3).

Apart from PHE, other shareholders of Elnusa are public with 48.9%.

Previously, Elnusa's share ownership structure was PHE 41.10%, public 48.9%, and DPP 9.99%.
