The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Phapros Tbk (PEHA) approved cash dividend distribution for the 2020 financial year.

In an official statement, Friday (28/5), PEHA will distribute dividends of Rp19.4 billion or about 40% of last year's net profit of Rp48.49 billion.

PEHA currently has 840 million outstanding shares. Thus, the dividend value is around Rp23.09 per share.

When compared with the current PEHA share price at Rp 1,225 per share, the dividend of the subsidiary, PT Kimia Farma Tbk (KAEF), gives a yield of around 1.8%.
