The mining contractor  PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO) sets the dividend exchange rate of Rp14,284 per US dollar so that a total cash dividend of US$8 million is equivalent to Rp114.27 billion.

Petrosea Director Romi Novan Indrawan said that his company would distribute dividends of US$8 million for 991,664,500 or 991.66 million shares in circulation, with an exchange rate based on BI's middle rate on May 17, 2021, amounting to Rp14,284 per US dollar.

"Thus, one PTRO share is entitled to receive dividends of Rp115.27," he said in the IDX disclosure on Wednesday (19/5 /).

The dividend distribution of the issuer coded PTRO shares is decided at the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), which will be held on Friday (30/4).

This cash dividend distribution represents 24.78% of profit attributable to owners of the parent company amounting to US$32.28 million.
