Jakarta - PT Semen Indonesia Tbk throughout 2021 posted a profit for the year attributable to owners reaching Rp2.02 trillion, or a decrease of around 27.61% compared to the same period the previous year of Rp.2.79 trillion.

According to the financial report released on Tuesday (1/3), the company's high cost of revenue, which increased by 2.8% to Rp24.004 trillion from Rp23.34 trillion, caused the drop in profit.

Revenue fell 0.60% to Rp34.95 trillion from Rp35.17 trillion.

However, the company reduced its financial burden rate from Rp2.32 trillion to Rp1.62 trillion, a reduction of around 29.87%.

As of the end of 2021, the company's total assets were at Rp76.50 trillion, with equity of Rp39.78 trillion and liabilities of around Rp34.94 trillion.
