Jakarta - PT Pertamina transferred 41.10% shares of PT Elnusa Tbk (ELSA) to PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) on September 1, 2021.

"Pertamina is the parent and controller of PHE, so it can be conveyed that the transfer of all shares owned by Pertamina to PHE will not result in a change in control of Elnusa," said Elnusa President Director Ali Mundakir in the IDX information disclosure on Tuesday (7/9).

According to Ali, Pertamina is still the controlling shareholder of Elnusa indirectly through majority ownership and controlling shares in PHE.

"Elnusa's shareholder structure is PHE as much as 41.10%, Pertamina pension funds as much as 9.99%, and the public 48.9%," he said.
