The business unit of PT Pertamina, PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR) officially manages the Rokan Work Area Riau, starting Monday (9/8).

The official ceremony for the transfer of management of the Rokan Block from PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia (CPI) to PHR was held at around 00:14 WIB midnight this morning (9/8), witnessed by the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Arifin Tasrif, Head of the Special Task Force for Business Activities. Upstream Oil and Gas (SKK Migas) Dwi Soetjipto, Deputy Minister I of BUMN Pahala Nugraha Mansury, and President Director of PT Pertamina  Nicke Widyawati.

Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Arifin Tasrif said that his party appreciated SKK Migas, CPI, and PHR, who had resolved a number of critical problems in the process of transferring the management of the Rokan Block.

"Management transfer was prepared ahead of time so that production does not decline. We appreciate all parties, SKK Migas, PHR, CPI, who h
