Pertamina Pension Fund sold part of its ownership in PT Elnusa Tbk (ELSA). 

Based on the disclosure of information submitted by Elnusa to the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Tuesday (23/2), Pertamina Pension Fund has sold 100,067,000 Elnusa shares at a selling price of Rp401. This action has been carried out on 9, 17, and 18 February 2021. 

Following the sale action, Pertamina Pension Fund now owns 729,781,000 shares, equivalent to 10 percent from previously owning 829,848,000 shares or 11.4 percent. The sale of Elnusa's shares made Pertamina Pension Fund receive Rp40.1 billion in funds. The purpose of the share sale is for divestment.
