Pertagas Net Profit US$41.3 Million in First Quarter


PT Pertamina Gas (Pertagas) recorded a net profit of US$41.3 million in the first quarter of 2021, or 133% higher than the target set at US$31 million.

"This achievement is mainly supported by the realization of the LPG gas processing business line and LNG regasification," said Petagas Communication, Relations & CSR Manager, Elok Riani Ariza in a written statement, Friday (4/6).

As of April 2021, LPG that has been processed has reached 61,468 tons, and the LNG regasification was 9,856 BBTU.

The realization of volume up to April of this year also showed positive developments from the main business segments of Pertagas, namely gas transportation, oil transportation, and gas trading. The realization of gas transportation volume was 159,342 MMSCF, oil transportation was 1,123,328 barrels, and gas trade was 8,865 BBTU.
