Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange has suspended trading of PT Suryamas Dutamakmur Tbk (SMDM) shares on October 5, 2022.

"This suspension is related to a significant cumulative price increase in SMDM shares, so a cooling down is needed," said IDX Transaction Supervision Division Head Lidia M. Panjaitan in an information disclosure on Wednesday (10/5).

According to Lidia, the suspension of trading in SMDM shares was carried out in the regular market and cash market with the aim of providing sufficient time for market participants to consider carefully based on the information available in every investment decision made in SMDM shares.

"Stakeholders are expected to always pay attention to the disclosure of information submitted by the company," he said.
