Jakarta - PT Kioson Komersial Indonesia Tbk (KIOS) postponed the registration statement for the plan to increase capital with Pre-emptive Rights I or rights issues.

"We have postponed the rights issues registration statement process on the basis of financial reports as of June 30, 2021," said KIOS President Director Andrew in information disclosure on Wednesday (17/11).

According to Andrew, the delay in the registration statement process is because the company wants first to improve the newly formed subsidiary's performance.

"The aim is to provide a positive performance for the company as a whole before carrying out this rights issue registration statement," he said.
