Jakarta - PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk (LPCK), until the first nine months of 2021, posted revenues of Rp1.18 trillion, down 25.8% compared to the same period the previous year of Rp1.59 trillion.

"The decline mainly came from sales of residential houses and apartments, which fell to Rp. 819.6 billion from Rp1.12 trillion. Fewer Orange County apartment units were handed over as of September 2021 from the same period last year," said LPCK President Director Rudy Halim in a statement in his statement on  Wednesday (3/11).

In addition, LPCK recorded a decline in sales of industrial plots, commercial land, and shophouses throughout the period ending September this year.

Residential and apartment income contributed 69.4% to total revenue, while income from industrial and commercial land sales contributed 6.5% to total revenue.

Meanwhile, profit for the period attributable to owners of the parent company decreased by around 43.78% to Rp344.2
