PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (INTP) until the first semester of 2021 posted a net income of Rp6.66 trillion or grew by around 7.95% compared to the same period the previous year of Rp6.17 trillion.

The company's financial report published on Friday (30/7) showed that the increase in net income made the profit for the period attributable to owners of the parent entity in the first semester of 2021 amounted to Rp586.57 billion, up 24.79% from Rp470.02 billion.

However, the cost of revenue increased by around 6.44% or to Rp4.57 trillion as of the end of June this year from the same period last year of Rp4.29 trillion.

Financial income also almost doubled or from Rp214.32 billion to Rp122.63 billion.

Meanwhile, INTP's total assets until the first semester of 2021 were at Rp27.35 trillion, with details of Rp4.594 trillion in liabilities and Rp22.763 trillion in equity.
