Jakarta - PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN) posted sales and operating revenues of Rp2.90 trillion in the period of January-September 2021, up 0.06% from the same period the previous year, Rp2.88 trillion.

The financial report published Wednesday (1/12) showed that the cost of goods sold and direct expenses increased by around 16.95% to Rp1.89 trillion from Rp1.61 trillion.

Profit on derivative financial instruments also shrank by around 83.09% to Rp37.82 billion from Rp223.71 billion.

The net loss for the period attributable to owners increased by 8.03% to Rp464.82 billion from Rp430.24 billion.

As of the period ending this September, APLN's total assets reached Rp30.40 trillion with liabilities of Rp19.50 trillion and equity of Rp10.90 trillion.
