Jakarta - Bank Indonesia said the need for corporate financing in March 2022 indicated an increase compared to the previous month.

"This was reflected in the Weighted Net Balance (WNB) of 15.6%, higher than the February 2022 WNB of 14.3%," said BI Director Junanto Herdiawan in an official statement on Wednesday (4/20).

The increase in financing is predicted to come from own funds, which still make up the majority of the funding, the utilization of the withdrawal allowance facility, and the sale of non-productive fixed assets. Meanwhile, the survey indicated financing originating from loans to domestic banks to be slowing.
