Jababeka Revenue Down 11% YoY in First Half 2021


Jakarta - PT Jababeka Tbk (KIJA) recorded revenue of Rp1.116 trillion in the first half of 2021, down 11% compared to the same period last year of Rp1.251 trillion.

The low revenue achievement was triggered by the Pilar Land Development & Property weakening by 34% to Rp436.3 billion from Rp663.1 billion. This decrease was mainly due to the decline in industrial product sales, including mature land and factory buildings, from Rp528.9 billion and Rp30.8 billion to Rp217.5 billion and Rp19.1 billion, respectively.

Sales of mature land from Cikarang and Kendal increased from Rp31.6 billion and Rp495.4 billion, respectively, to Rp37.8 billion and Rp185.2 billion in semester 1 2021.

Infrastructure Pillar revenue increased 15% to Rp630.4 billion from Rp548.1 billion. Pilar Leisure & Hospitality posted an increase in revenue to Rp49.7 billion from Rp40.3 billion.
