Jakarta - PT Lautan Luas Tbk (LTLS) recorded a profit growth for the period attributable to owners in the first semester of 2022 of around 133.77% to Rp180.819 billion from Rp77.347 billion in the same period last year.

The company's financial report released on Wednesday (7/27) showed the profit surge was supported by a 32.05% increase in revenue to Rp3.256 trillion from Rp3.076 trillion.

Operating profit also rose by around 48.21% to Rp332,357 billion from Rp224.247 billion. Supporting it were other operating income, which more than doubled to Rp24,788 billion from Rp9.082 billion, and other operating expenses, which decreased by 91.6% to Rp1.739 billion from Rp20.713 billion.

LTLS also pocketed a nearly five-fold increase in financial income, from Rp858 million to Rp4.240 billion. However, its financial burden swelled by around 36.41%, to Rp75.018 billion from Rp54.993 billion.
