Jakarta - PT Humpuss Intermoda Trasportasi Tbk (HITS), until the first semester of 2022, posted a profit for the year attributable to owners of US$6.37 million, an increase compared to the same period the previous year, which suffered a loss of US$439,433.

As quoted in the company's financial report released on Monday (8/29), this profit achievement was supported by an increase in operating income of around 38.81% to US$54.08 million from the same period the previous year of US$38.96 million.

Operating profit grew five times from US$2.11 million to US$10.18 million.

However, the cost of revenue increased by about 14.45% to US$36.59 million from US$31.97 million.

Until June 2022, HITS' total assets reached US$229.35 million, with equity of US$69.68 million and liabilities of US$159.67 million.
