Pakuwon Sells US$300 Million Bonds with 4.87% Coupon


PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON) has issued bonds amounting to US$300 million with a coupon of around 4.87% per year on April 29, 2021.

"The proceeds from the issuance of debt securities are used to pay off all debt securities that have been issued by the company on February 14, 2017 with a total principal amount of US $ 250 million," said Director of PWON, Minarto, in a press release, on Monday (3/5).

The bonds will mature in 2028 and are guaranteed by business entities, namely PT Artisan Wahyu, PT Elite Prima Hutama, PT Grama Pramesi Siddhi, PT Pakuwon Permai, PT Pakuwon Sentosa Abadi, PT Permata Berlian Realty, and PT Dwijaya Manunggal.

In this note, UBS AG Singapore Branch and Goldman Sachs Singapore acted as the initial buyers, and The Bank of New York Mellon London Branch acted as the trustee.
