PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON) issued additional debt securities amounting to US$100 million or the equivalent of Rp1.41 trillion.

A brief prospectus published on Wednesday (19/5), with the additional debt securities, the total issuance of debt securities issued by the company reached US$400 million or equivalent to Rp5.62 trillion.

These additional bonds have a coupon of around 4.87% per year and will mature on April 29, 2028.

The issuance of additional debt securities is in line with funding for the company's general corporate needs. As a result, the company will receive additional net cash and increase its financial liquidity.

The additional debt securities are listed and traded on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
