The Financial Services Authority (OJK) has granted a business permit for the pawnshop company PT Gadai Jadi Berkah based on KEP-13 / NB.1 / 2021 dated January 26, 2021, as well as the enactment of PT Aqualisbraemar Indonesia Adjusting's business license.

"Thus, PT Gadai Jadi Berkah is required to carry out business activities no later than 30 working days from the commencement of business activities," said Deputy Commissioner for Supervision of IKNB I OJK, Anggar Budhi Nuraini through the publication of the OJK, Wednesday (3/2).

Furthermore, through the Decree of the Members of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority Number KEP-4 / NB.1 / 2021 dated January 12, 2021, the OJK Board of Commissioners has issued a business license for a loss adjuster company in connection with the change of name of PT Braemar Adjusting Indonesia to PT Aqualisbraemar Indonesia Adjusting.

"The implementation of the company's business license will take effect from the date of the stipulation of the Board of Commissioners Decree on the company. namely January 12, 2021, "said the Director of IKNB OJK Support Services, Tattys Miranti.

With the issuance of company business licenses, OJK hopes that PT Gadai Jasa Berkah and PT Aqualisbraemar Indonesia Adjusting are required to carry out business activities that always apply sound business practices and always refer to the applicable laws and regulations.
