Jakarta - PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META) until the first semester of 2021 posted a profit for the period attributable to owners of the parent entity of Rp24.22 billion, or a decrease of around 34.33% compared to the same period the previous year of Rp36.89 billion.

According to the financial report published Thursday (2/9), the decline in revenue and sales to Rp476.60 billion from Rp952.60 billion in the first semester of 2021 led to the company's lower profit in the period.

Direct expenses and cost of goods sold also increased by around 36.31% to Rp130.12 billion from Rp95.45 billion.

Other operating expenses also increased by around 61.19% to Rp12.22 billion from Rp7.58 billion.

As of the first semester of 2021, the company's total assets reached Rp5.97 trillion, with cash and cash equivalents at the end of the period of Rp330.06 billion.
