Jakarta - PT Margautama Nusantara , a business entity of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk, plans to buy 2.265 million shares or representing 40% of PT Jasa Marga Tbk's share ownership in PT Jasamarga Jalanlayang Cikampek.

Based on the company's publication on Monday (7/18), Margautama Nusantara and Jasa Marga signed a share purchase agreement on June 30, 2022.

Currently, the buyer and seller are fulfilling the preliminary requirements with the target of implementing the transaction plan, which is August 10, 2022, or another agreed date.

The value of the planned transaction is Rp4.389 trillion.

Meanwhile, the shareholders of PT Jasamarga Jalanlayang Cikampek are Jasa Marga with 80% and PT Ranggisugionperkasa with 20%.

Meanwhile, the shareholders of Margausaha Nusantara are Nusantara Infrastructure, with around 76.51%, CIIF Infrastructure Holdings Sdn Bhd 8.47%, CAIF Infrastructure Holdings Sdn Bhd 4.86%, Japan ExpressWay Intern
