GOTO: Transactions of Go Food in Indonesia, Vietnam Doubled in 2022


Jakarta - PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) announced that GoFood Indonesia and Vietnam's transaction value managed to double in 2022.

"This growth is higher than the average food delivery industry in Southeast Asia in 2022 compared to the previous year," Director of Food and Indonesia Sales & Ops GOTO Catherine Hindra Sutjahyo said in a press release on Friday (1/20).

He continued that an increase in the proportion of loyal customers in Indonesia from 38% to 52% of the total number of GoFood customers supported this positive performance. The positive trend of the GoFood business in Indonesia is followed by the GoFood business in Vietnam, with transaction value more than doubling compared to 2021.
