PT Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk (MASA) plans to change its status to go private and to delist its shares from the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

"This step will be realized after obtaining approval from shareholders and completing the tender offer process," the company said in an official statement, on Wednesday (3/3).

Following the plan, the management submitted a request to the Exchange to temporarily suspend trading in the company's shares.

Therefore, the Exchange authorities have temporarily suspended the company's securities trading as of the first securities trading session on Tuesday (2/3).

The temporary suspension of trading in the company's shares will not have a material impact on the company's operational, legal, financial condition, and business continuity.
