PT Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk (MASA) decided not to continue the voluntary delisting and go-private plans.

"This is done based on the consideration of the latest regulatory developments, including provisions regarding changes in the status of a public company to a private company, as well as directions received in correspondence with the Financial Services Authority," explained Multistrada in the IDX disclosure on Thursday (6/5).

Multistrada management explained, the company continuously evaluates the business plan and will inform the OJK and the IDX by the prevailing laws and regulations if the company decides to do voluntary delisting and go private at a later date.

"Therefore, the company plans to operate as usual and does not expect any disruption to its operations, after the decision not to proceed with the voluntary delisting and going private plans," it said.
