Jakarta - PT Multipolar Tbk (MLPL) released 300 million shares of PT Matahari Department Store Tbk (LPPF) worth Rp1.191 trillion.

The shares were released through trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on September 23, 2022.

The buyers of LPPF shares are PT Cahaya Investama, PT Surya Cipta Investama, and PT Reksa Puspita Karya.

"The background for the transaction is internal structuring and restructuring," said Multipolar Corporate Secretary Natalie Lie in an information disclosure on Tuesday (9/27).
