PT MNC Investama Tbk (BHIT) has set the price for implementing the limited public offering VIII in 2021 with the Pre-emptive Rights at Rp173 per share.

The company brief prospectus published on Monday (12/7) revealed that the company targets to raise funds of as much as Rp2.24 trillion from the 12.95 billion shares issued.

BHIT will use the proceeds from this corporate action for approximately US$148.73 million or equivalent to Rp2.12 trillion to convert some of the company's senior bonds into shares. The company will use the rest as working capital.

Shareholders who do not exercise their rights will experience a decrease in the percentage of ownership (dilution) of a maximum of 14.94% after the Rights issue is exercised.

The implementation schedule is the effective date of August 23, 2021, cum Rights in the regular market and negotiated market August 31, 2021, cash market September 2, 2021, ex Preemptive Rights in the regular market and n
