PT MNC Investama Tbk (BHIT) plans to increase capital with pre-emptive rights or rights issues worth Rp2.12 trillion.

The company will use the rights issue proceeds to convert a portion of senior bonds and working capital. To pass the rights issue plan, the company asked the shareholders for approval at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (EGMS) on Tuesday (6/7) today.

In an information disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Tuesday (6/7), the management of MNC Investama revealed that the company plans to hold PM-HMETD to shareholders as much as 12.95 billion shares.
