The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat Tbk (MIKA) decided to distribute Rp512.56 billion or Rp36 per share.

The cash dividend amounted to 60.9% of the net profit for the fiscal year 2020. The company posted a net profit of Rp841.67 billion in 2020.

"Distributed as cash dividends in the amount of Rp36 per share to shareholders, which are recorded in the register of shareholders of the company on the recording date to be determined by the Board of Directors, taking into account the applicable tax regulations," said MIKA management on Monday (14/6).

The company also allocated Rp8.41 billion to be recorded as a reserve fund, while the rest was recorded as retained earnings to increase the company's working capital.
