PT Minna Padi Investama Sekuritas Tbk plans to increase its capital with a rights issue of up to 1.130 billion shares with a nominal value of Rp25 per share.

Based on IDX's information disclosure on Monday (7/6), along with the rights issue, the company also issued 1.130 billion warrants.

The company will seek shareholders' approval for the plan in the General Meeting of Shareholders on July 14, 2021. Shareholders who do not exercise Rights and Warrants will have a maximum of 16.7% dilute their shares.

In general, the exercise of the Preemptive Rights will have a direct impact on the capital structure and liquidity of the company's shares.
