PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (MTLA) until the first semester of 2021 has realized capital expenditure or capital expenditure (capex) of around Rp143.8 billion of the total budgeted Rp550 billion for the purchase of land and infrastructure projects.

"The realization of the capex is in line with Metland's plan this year to be active in acquiring new land," said Director of Metropolitan Land Olivia Surodjo in Jakarta, Wednesday (21/7).

As of March 2021, the company recorded revenue of Rp191 billion, consisting of property sales of Rp109 billion and sustainable income of Rp82 billion.

In that period, the company posted a net profit of Rp51 billion, with marketing sales of Rp275 billion.
