The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Metropolitan Kentjana Tbk (MKPI) decided to distribute cash dividends of Rp106 per share from the company's net profit for the 2020 financial year.

Based on an official statement on Tuesday (22/6), cash dividends to be distributed to shareholders amounted to a total of IDR 100.5 billion from last year's net profit of IDR 231.11 billion.

The cum and ex-dividends in the regular market and negotiations will be on June 25 and June 28, respectively. Meanwhile, cum and ex-dividends in the cash market will be on June 29 and June 30, 2021, respectively.

Meanwhile, the company will make dividend payments on July 21, 2021. Shareholders entitled to dividend payments are shareholders whose names are recorded in the Company's Register of Shareholders on June 29, 2021.
