PT Metropolitan Kentjana Tbk (MKPI) has set a revenue target of Rp1.680 trillion and a net profit of Rp425 billion this year.

Based on the 2020 Metropolitan Kentjana annual report, Friday (11/6), the 2021 revenue and net profit achievement plan grew by 38% and 84%, respectively, from last year's realization, Rp1,220 trillion and Rp231 billion.

However, revenue and net profit achievement throughout 2020 achieved 51% and 35% of the target set at Rp2.005 trillion and 662 billion, respectively.

The company believes that the property sector still promises growth amidst the sluggish market sector this year.

Therefore, various strategies have been prepared, such as utilizing available funds, private funds and banking, and capital markets, proportionally and carefully, developing eco-friendly properties, and creating reliable human resources.
