Jakarta - PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk (MTDL) and Kaluwarga Asia Pte Ltd (Sayurbox) signed an investment agreement on September 20, 2021.

In the investment agreement, within a certain period, Metrodata will get share ownership in Sayurbox with the number and percentage of shares based on the calculations stipulated in the agreement.

"Metrodata's investment value is US$500,000, which is a preliminary investment at the Brigde Round stage at Sayurbox," said Metrodata Corporate Secretary Randy Kartadinata in a statement in Jakarta on Thursday (23/9).

Furthermore, the investment agreement signed by Metrodata and Sayurbox is a collection of funds that will be used to finance the operational activities of Sayurbox and its business entities in the field of e-groceries.
