PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (MTLA) has prepared a capital expenditure (capex) budget of Rp550 billion to acquire new lands.

Director of Metropolitan Land (Metland) Olivia Surodjo said the company's land comes from existing projects, such as those located in the Cibitung, Kertajati, and other projects. This year, the company targets the acquisition of land worth Rp205 billion.

"For the time being, the acquisition of new land has reached Rp. 33 billion, so it is not too big and we will continue," she said in Jakarta on Wednesday (16/6).

To boost sales, according to Olivia, the company offers various promos, such as easy down payment or direct down payment for contracts, ease of administration, to gift shopping vouchers.

"This is in line with Metland's plan to continue marketing the products that were launched in early 2021," he explained.
