META Releases Stake in Drinking Water Supply Company


Jakarta – PT Potum Munci Inranusantara, a business entity of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META), has released 26.957 million shares, representing 100% of PT Tirta Bangun Nusantara (TBN) shares, to PT Bahtera Hijau Mandiri.

The conditional sale and purchase binding agreement (PPJB) was signed on December 23, 2022.

"The transaction value that BHM has to pay to Potum is Rp55 billion," said an information disclosure on Wednesday (12/27).

He added that implementing the planned transaction could potentially reduce the company's assets and equity.

"We believe that the implementation of the transaction plan will not have a negative impact that could affect the company's business activities and growth, because currently the company has sufficient working capital and cash flow to carry out its operations," he said.
