Jakarta - The planned merger of PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT) and PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia (H3I) is expected to be effective on January 4, 2022.

The Indosat summary prospectus published on Monday (27/12) stated that the estimated date of the effective merger statement issued by OJK on December 28, 2021.
