Jakarta - PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA) has again provided funding facilities for PT Merdeka Tsingshan Indonesia (MTI) of up to US$60 million.

Based on the company's information disclosure on Friday (8/26), the company provides this credit facility to be used by MTI for working capital and general corporate purposes, including excess expenses and operational expenses.

This loan facility will bear interest at three months' LIBOR plus 5% per annum, with a tenor of five years.

MTI is a company controlled by MDKA indirectly through PT Batutua Pelita Investama with 79.99% of the shares.
